Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents were Russian and Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. Mahendru speaks fluent German Russian English, French Persian as well as Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. She devised an original choreography, which earned her the chance to be a guest on German TV as a Russian snowmaiden, who then changed into an Indian dancer. She graduated from high school within New York before earning a Bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. She studied acting classes with the HB Studios. She later went on to study improv comedy at The Groundlings School. The actress was born by her parents in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) and Russian Olga (mother). Her parents separated at the age of 13 older and they moved to East Meadow New York with her father.She stars alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell in FX's The Americans. Television actress who plays the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. She had a recurring part in Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
